Drew Guinn

President & Chief Operating Officer 

Mr. Guinn serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Midwest Enterprises for the Blind, Inc. (MWEB), bringing extensive leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, quality management, and business transformation. He is focused on expanding strategic partnerships, strengthening operational performance, and advancing MWEB’s mission to train, employ, and empower people who are blind or visually impaired.

Mr. Guinn brings a diverse background in operational leadership and business improvement, including leadership roles at Amazon and California Closets. Prior to these roles, he spent 19 years with Stryker, where he held positions spanning field service, quality systems, and mergers and acquisitions, developing a strong foundation in business growth, operational excellence, and organizational leadership.

Throughout his career, Mr. Guinn has focused on building strong teams, improving processes, and creating sustainable business results. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, with a minor in Biomedical Engineering, from Kettering University and an MBA in Finance from Western Michigan University’s Haworth College of Business.
